Psychosis newly included after vaccination against COVID-19
Almost all cases studied (95.8%) showed psychotic symptoms after mRNA

Below you have translations with a translator so it can be a bit of a misfilment. However, here is that there is a link between the use of Cov19 vaccines and psychosis that is currently starting to reign and I think it will grow. I can write you a lot, you will understand my approach only when the herd of the lunatics with the axes and knives is chasing you around the settlement to eat your guts. They have many options to start the Zombie apocalypse no matter how they do it so that you know what to do!

Infections: The emergence of a new strain of coronavirus has caused the COVID-19 pandemic. While vaccines effectively control the infection, it is important to acknowledge the potential side effects, including rare cases such as psychosis, that may increase as the number of vaccinations increases.
Goals: Our systematic review was to investigate new psychosis cases after vaccination against COVID-19.
Methods: We conducted a systematic review of case reports and a series of cases on new psychosis after vaccination for COVID-19 from December 1, 2019 to November 21, 2023, using PubMed, MEDLINE, ClinicalKey and ScienceDirect. Data extraction included study and characterization of participants, comorbidities, details of the COVID-19 vaccine, and clinical features. The Joanna Briggs Institute’s quality assessment tools were used to include the research, which do not reveal significant bias of the publication.
Results: A total of 21 articles described 24 cases of new psychotic symptoms after vaccination for COVID-19. Of these cases, 54.2% were women, who were middle-aged by 33.71 years and 12.02 years. Psychenia events were potentially triggered by the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine in 33.3% of cases, and psychotic symptoms appeared in 25% after the virus vector ChAdOx1 nCoV-19. The mean build-up time was 5.75 x 8.14 days, most commonly reported after the first or second dose. The duration of psychotic symptoms ranged from 1 to 2 months with an average of 52.48 x 60.07 days. Abnormal blood tests were reported in 50% of cases, mainly mild to moderate leukocytosis and elevated C-reactive protein. The results of magnetic resonance were abnormal at 20.8%, often demonstrating the overintensity of white-mass intensity recovery. Treatment included atypical antipsychotic drugs in 83.3% of cases, common antipsychotics in 37.5%, benzodiazepines in 50%, 20.8% received steroids, and 25% were prescribed antiepileptic drugs. Overall, 50% of patients achieved a complete recovery.
Conclusions: Research on psychiatric adverse reactions after vaccination after COVID-19 is limited, and it is difficult to draw conclusions about the benefits or disadvantages of vaccines. The data suggest a potential link between the young age, mRNA and viral vector vaccines with new psychosis within 7 days after vaccination. Collecting data on vaccine-related psychiatric effects is critical to prevention, and the algorithm for monitoring and treating responses to mental health after vaccination is essential for comprehensive management.

A recent review describes 14 cases of altered mental states, psychosis, affective and functional disorders such as psychiatric and neuropsychiatric adverse effects on mRNA or vector-based COVID-19 vaccines 11(11). As the number of vaccinated people increases, the number of reported cases of rare vaccine-related side effects such as psychosis is also increasing. That’s why we have conducted a systematic review to investigate cases of psychosis a new initial one after vaccination against COVID-19 with all types of vaccines. It is worth noting that our study is the first of its kind, and in perspective it will help to broaden the understanding of the rare and clinically relevant side effects of COVID-19 vaccines.
Characteristics of vaccination
Administration of mRNA BNT162b2 potentially induced psychiatric adverse events in 33.3% of cases, while psychotic symptoms occurred in 25% of cases after the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 viral vector. The mean onset of psychotic symptoms was 5.75 x 8.14 days, which in most cases was reported after the first (45.8%) or second dose (50%) followed by the third dose (4.2%).
The clinical characteristics
Almost all cases studied (95.8%) showed psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations (visual, auditory, olfactory and tactile) and delusions (mainly serient and reference delusions). The most occurring form of hallucinations was auditory (54.2%), while visual hallucinations occurred in 12.5% of cases. Motor disorders, such as increased or decreased motorcycling activity and bizarre behavior, were listed in 83.3% of cases. In 3 cases (12.5%) a suicide attempt was described. The most patients experienced unspecified psychosis (54.2%), while mania with psychotic symptoms was detected in 16.7%. The duration of psychotic symptoms was mainly 1 to 2 months (41.7%) with an average of 52.48 % - 60.07 days. Details of the clinical presentation of patients are available in Table 4.
